The NewEarth Tanasi Development was conceived as a sacred first step to reclaiming the land for the First Nations people.
We are dedicated to honoring Native American heritage and wisdom. At the heart of this commitment is a project focused on the ancestral blood songs and indigenous hereditary leadership.Through these initiatives, we aim to honor and integrate indigenous wisdom and leadership into the foundation of NewEarth Tanasi Micronation, ensuring a respectful and holistic approach to community building.

The main elements & features of the project
Mandala Gardens
As a central anchor point in the community ministry housing (for stewards) area we will plant a mandala garden with healing herbs & plants (for both wellness and ceremonial use), but also as a contemplative healing place to be.
Vertical Grow Towers
Working with partners in Africa (SkyGreens) we will be using the latest in principles from soil science, using bioelectromagnetics, and permaculture.
A River Runs Through
Water is plentiful and available and runs through most of the land. Our river is sacred and with our NewEarth Technologies group, we are devising instruments which will make this the most clean, healthy water on Mother Earth.
Regenesis Retreat
The first Regenesis Retreat is planned for NewEarth Tanasi.

Steward Dwellings
We will be creating 23 steward dwellings on the land as community housing for ministry. Stewardship for these structures is permanent, based on covenantal alignment and proper upkeep.
Eco-Pod Retreats
We will have some temporary accommodations in the Eco-Pods for people visiting the Regenesis Center or attending retreats.

Vision
The NewEarth Sanctuary is a social and communal, environmentally restorative blueprint for innovative and sustainable living, with the aim of protecting and restoring the natural environment, and local community growth.
Proclamation Event
On Midsummer’s Day, June 21st 2025, we gathered for a rare moment when the sovereign People made an official Declaration to stand anew under the eternal sky.
This location (see the Medicine Wheel on the Master Plan map) marks the heart of a transformative movement.
We have taken responsibility for our future. It’s a moment that may well be part of ancient prophecy.

Masterplanning
Currently underway…we are planning a number of steward dwellings, a natural amphitheater on the land, and a number of small eco-pods for accommodating visitors for retreats and Regenesis Center.
Feasibility
This comprises soil mechanics (including deep earth and rare earth minerals), topography and LiDar, an inventory of the flora and fauna, a review of the mature trees and a deep analysis of the water and soil quality.
Architectural Blue Prints
While the feasibility is underway, our architects & builders will be preparing a number of different styles and designs for people to choose from for the stewardship dwellings.
Infrastructure & Amenities
These will be the first phase of construction and once the main headquarters is completed, we will be offering stewardship allotments in the second phase, which is planned to begin on the one year anniversary of the initial Proclamation Event.
Eco-Pods
We will be creating some beautiful, sculpturesque dwellings made of natural materials and finishes for visitors and members to use during their retreat stays, or for those who have come to the land for healing (at the Regenesis Center).
Steward Dwellings
All dwellings will incorporate the principles of modern and classic bio-resonant architecture to enhance life in all its forms.
Stewardship vs Ownership
It's a simple choice to change the way we think about land. We might consider the way we think about 'owning' anything natural in fact. There is an alternate reality where ownership of land is incomprehensible and instead it becomes guardianship or stewardship. It becomes a natural duty, akin to the responsibility we feel for family & community. If we change in this way, preservation and respect for the environment follow naturally.

Technology: Old and New

Think like a gardener…and you will take care of everything around you as you plant for the future you might not even see. Creating legacy beyond ourselves where energy, the built environment and our food is clean so our children can grow free and strong and the land continues to flourish with our presence instead of being harmed. Health becomes a matter of autonomy with critical thinking aided by the best and based on an individual’s physical state. Air-conditioning can be a matter of water running down a sculptural wall aimed at the prevailing winds to provide a free 10 degree drop in temperature with water circulating on a zero-point energy pump or a heat expansion system that moves water as the temperature rises. People can grow their own food right beside their dwellings. Restructuring of water based on Viktor Schauberger’s work and using a device that can be installed on a shower head.

Bio-Resonant Architecture

Organic beings need to exist in an environment that enhances life and energy with principles that augment the human experience rather than limiting it with box-life conditions and materials that slowly seep into our systems, slow our progress, and hinder our health. The architectural designs follow the principles of low impact / bio-resonant and non-invasive systems with proprietary energy sources as well as access to CFE. We are also using a combination of indigenous technologies for air cooling, water collection, filtration, restructuring & waste management for each steward dwelling.

Natural Local Materials

Wherever we can, we use materials that are locally sourced. We will be using the earth from the area and also combinations of hempcrete, sascab, clay, natural pigments & aggregates, when feasible, to build our steward dwellings with modern and bio-resonant architecture. We will have our own design adobe bricks (for certain building designs). We have already had the bricks compression tested to meet the building regulations. Each brick has no more than 5 to 8% cement in it.

Next Steps: local regulations

Well the good news is that, in our area, the local building codes (for our location and type of land use) have been made nearly non-existent, per the People of the County and their willingness to self-govern as our Founders intended. The journey to the construction involves several key phases, we are aiming for major completion by Q4 2027, and full, robust completion by Q4 2028. But anyone who has undertaken a construction project knows that things don't always go in a straight line! And it is an event driven process. We will keep everyone updated via the NewEarth Portals, email blasts, and the online webinars and Monthly Pulse Report.
