Private Membership Agreement, Liability Release & Hold Harmless Notice
By completing this ticket order, submitting a donation, reserving attendance, entering the land, or participating in the NewEarth Tanasi Summer Solstice event, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
This is a private, members-only ministry gathering hosted on private land by NewEarth Tanasi and/or its related private ministry, association, stewardship, land, or operational bodies. Attendance is not open to the general public. By reserving attendance, I am automatically applying for and accepting temporary event membership in the NewEarth Tanasi Private Member Association, fellowship, ministry, or private assembly for the limited purpose of attending and participating in this private event.
I understand that without accepting this private membership status, I may not attend, enter, participate in, remain on the land, receive event benefits, or partake in any event-related offerings.
1. Private Event Status
I understand and agree that this Summer Solstice event is a private gathering held on private land for members, invited guests, stewards, supporters, ministry participants, sponsors, speakers, musicians, volunteers, and approved attendees.
My attendance is by permission only. NewEarth Tanasi reserves the right to approve, deny, revoke, suspend, or terminate my membership, ticket, invitation, access, or participation at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conduct, disrespectful behavior, violation of community guidelines, disruption of the event, damage to land or property, intoxication, harassment, threats, disorderly conduct, or actions inconsistent with the peaceful ministry purpose of the gathering.
2. Donation / Ticket Contribution
I understand that any ticket payment, reservation, contribution, or PayLink submission is treated as a private event contribution or donation connected to ministry access, event stewardship, and logistical support.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all event contributions are final and non-refundable. This includes non-attendance, travel delays, weather changes, schedule changes, speaker or musician changes, program adjustments, acts of God, emergencies, or removal from the event due to violation of these terms.
3. Assumption of Risk
I understand that this event is held in multiple locations, including on rural land, farm land, natural terrain, and/or partially developed ministry property. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering, walking, standing, sitting, camping, gathering, parking, eating, drinking, participating, observing, volunteering, assisting, or otherwise being present on the land.
These risks may include, but are not limited to: uneven ground, holes, mud, rocks, gravel, grass, wooded areas, insects, ticks, snakes, animals, weather, heat, cold, rain, wind, fire, smoke, tools, equipment, vehicles, temporary structures, stages, tents, electrical cords, lighting, sound equipment, food service, farm-to-table meals, allergic reactions, dehydration, slips, trips, falls, personal injury, illness, emotional distress, property loss, theft, or damage.
I accept full personal responsibility for my own safety, health, belongings, conduct, and decisions while attending. Any event gatherings held on third party property are subject to their rules and terms & conditions.
4. Liability Release
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless NewEarth Tanasi, Lightborn Ministries, Lightborn-related entities, land stewards, trustees, managers, members, ministers, volunteers, workers, musicians, speakers, contractors, vendors, affiliates, successors, assigns, and all related private parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses arising from or related to my attendance, participation, travel to or from the event, presence on the land, use of facilities, interaction with other attendees, or participation in any event activity.
This release includes claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, emotional distress, lost property, stolen property, consequential damages, incidental damages, or any other harm arising from ordinary negligence, inherent risk, third-party conduct, weather, land conditions, or voluntary participation.
Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive claims that cannot lawfully be waived, including claims arising from gross negligence, reckless conduct, willful misconduct, or intentional harm. All valid courts recognize that liability releases may be enforceable for ordinary negligence, but generally not for gross negligence or willful misconduct. The unwavering foundational operating principles of NewEarth Tanasi and all of its agents, trustees, managers, etc., are completely in alignment with Natural Law, and all members agree to hold themselves and others to these principles, with a leaning toward grace, peace, love, and forgiveness for one another. However, this philosophy does not automatically release any one of our members from accountability, responsibility, and/or due diligence.
5. SYRONA Sponsor Release
I understand that SYRONA is acting only as a sponsor of this specific Summer Solstice event. SYRONA is not the landowner, event operator, premises manager, security provider, food-service operator, transportation provider, lodging provider, medical provider, or guarantor of attendee safety.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I fully release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SYRONA, its members, managers, owners, officers, agents, affiliates, contractors, representatives, product providers, sponsors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, illnesses, liabilities, costs, expenses, demands, disputes, tort claims, contract claims, or causes of action of any kind arising from or related to this event, including attendance, travel, land conditions, food, beverages, weather, third-party conduct, event programming, personal decisions, or any circumstance occurring before, during, or after the event.
SYRONA’s sponsorship shall not be interpreted as operational control, premises control, medical advice, health advice, product endorsement of any attendee conduct, or assumption of liability for any event-related occurrence.
6. Health, Medical & Personal Responsibility
I understand that no statement, conversation, presentation, product, demonstration, prayer, ceremony, supplement discussion, health discussion, educational talk, or wellness-related conversation at the event is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or prescribe for any disease, condition, or medical issue.
I am solely responsible for my health decisions, allergies, medications, food sensitivities, hydration, mobility, physical limitations, emotional state, and medical needs.
I agree to consult my own qualified health professional regarding any medical condition, medication, supplement, diet, or health concern.
SYRONA’s own website includes FDA-style disclaimer language stating that its statements and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and that nutritional advice is not intended as medical advice.
7. Conduct, Peace & Community Standards
I agree to conduct myself with honor, peace, respect, and care for the land, hosts, members, speakers, musicians, sponsors, volunteers, animals, neighbors, and fellow attendees.
I agree not to harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, damage property, trespass into restricted areas, interfere with event operations, abuse alcohol or substances, act violently, or disrupt the ministry purpose of the gathering.
NewEarth Tanasi may remove any attendee at any time without refund if their conduct is deemed unsafe, dishonorable, disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the gathering.
8. Land, Animals, Fire, Weather & Rural Conditions
I understand that the land may include animals, natural terrain, farm areas, tools, equipment, temporary installations, fire ceremony areas, parking areas, walking paths, and undeveloped or partially developed spaces.
I agree to follow all posted signs, verbal instructions, safety boundaries, parking directions, fire safety instructions, animal boundaries, and restricted-area notices.
I understand that weather and land conditions may change quickly and that the event may be modified, delayed, relocated on-site, shortened, rescheduled, or canceled for safety, weather, land conditions, emergency, or ministry discretion.
9. Food, Beverages & Allergies
I understand that food and beverages may be prepared or provided by hosts, volunteers, local farmers, vendors, members, or third parties.
I am solely responsible for determining whether any food or beverage is appropriate for me. I accept all risk related to allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, contamination, reactions, illness, or personal consumption decisions.
10. Photography, Video & Media Release
I understand that photography, video, audio, livestreaming, and media recording may occur at the event.
By attending, I grant NewEarth Tanasi, Lightborn Ministries, event organizers, and approved media teams the right to photograph, record, film, publish, edit, display, distribute, or use my image, likeness, voice, statements, and appearance for ministry, archival, educational, promotional, documentary, or media purposes without compensation.
If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand that I must notify event staff in writing before attending and avoid areas where filming, recording, or photography is occurring. It will be entirely my responsibility to avoid areas where photography, video, audio, live-streaming, and media recording are taking place as it will be impossible to absolutely avoid being captured in these recordings when in proximity of these locations. I accept full responsibility for any capture of my person in said recordings after being instructed on where I can be to avoid such media capture.
11. Personal Property
I am solely responsible for my own belongings, vehicles, equipment, devices, clothing, instruments, camping items, valuables, and personal property.
NewEarth Tanasi, Lightborn Ministries, SYRONA, sponsors, volunteers, musicians, speakers, members, land stewards, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, abandoned, or weather-damaged property.
12. Minors
If I bring or register a minor, I certify that I am the parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult responsible for that minor.
I accept full responsibility for the minor’s safety, conduct, supervision, food choices, health needs, and participation. I agree that this release applies equally to myself and to any minor attending under my care.
13. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NewEarth Tanasi, Lightborn Ministries, SYRONA, sponsors, members, managers, trustees, land stewards, speakers, musicians, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and related parties from any claims, damages, costs, expenses, attorney fees, liabilities, or disputes caused by or arising from my conduct, my guests, my minors, my property, my animals, my violation of these terms, my violation of instructions, or my participation in the event.
14. Private Property & Revocable Access
I understand that all access to the land is temporary, conditional, private, and revocable.
A ticket, donation, invitation, receipt, wristband, confirmation email, or membership acknowledgment does not create a lease, tenancy, easement, license coupled with interest, ownership interest, public accommodation right, employment relationship, commercial entitlement, or continuing right of access.
15. No Public Offer / No Public Accommodation
This event is a private ministry and membership gathering. Nothing on the ticket page, website, invitation, advertisement, email, social media post, flyer, or communication shall be interpreted as converting the private event into a public accommodation, public commercial offer, retail transaction, or open public event.
16. Agreement to Private Resolution & Non-Disclosure
I agree that any concern, disagreement, injury report, grievance, dispute, claim, controversy, or legal matter arising from or relating to this event, membership, attendance, participation, land access, donations, sponsorships, communications, or interactions with NewEarth Tanasi, Lightborn Ministries, SYRONA, or related parties shall first be brought privately and peacefully to NewEarth Tanasi leadership or designated event representatives for review and attempted good-faith resolution.
I agree not to create any public controversy, disruption, defamation, harassment, online attacks, reputational harm, or public disputes. All matters will be handled with NewEarth Tanasi privately, and NewEarth Tanasi will reasonably address and resolve any concern internally and in good faith.
If a matter cannot be resolved privately through good-faith communication, I agree that all disputes, claims, controversies, or grievances shall be resolved exclusively through private, confidential arbitration and/or ecclesiastical or private-member dispute resolution processes, and not through public court proceedings, jury trials, or public administrative actions. By attending this private event and accepting membership status, I knowingly and voluntarily waive any and all rights to pursue claims in public court and agree to submit such matters exclusively to the designated private resolution process.
17. Severability
If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, unlawful, void, or limited by applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the greatest extent allowed.
18. Entire Agreement
By completing this order, submitting payment or donation, entering the land, or participating in the event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms & Conditions, Private Membership Agreement, Liability Release, Assumption of Risk, Hold Harmless Agreement, Media Release, Sponsor Release, and Event Conduct Standards. I understand that this agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, representatives, guests, minors, invitees, successors, and assigns. I understand that this is a private members-only event, and that by completing this order I am accepting temporary event membership in the NewEarth Tanasi private association for the purpose of attending this gathering and that any funds used to order my ticket are considered a donation and are non-refundable.
